The Lasers pulse by default, but this can easily be changed if you have the power to support them. You will need a Cargo lock frame or cargo lock beams to transport them with your ship as The Lance is too large to fit in your inventory. You also must link the Lance to another ship with a properly configured resource bridge, or it will run out of power.
