The deep core is a dual purpose moon and asteroid miner!
Featuring a whopping 30 lasers and an extremely reinforced frontal area, this ship was made to mine moons! This ship came from an idea that a tunnel bore ship would be needed to dig down in order to reach the up and coming ore deposits on moons located deep underground. (It also doubles as an asteroid miner, but due to its lethargic straight-line speed, I wouldn't recommend it.)
I am cautiously opening up blueprint sales for this ship due to the fact that moon mining is only on the PTU as of now, but I doubt it will substantially change before it makes its way onto the live servers.
