HSM Badger is designed to search and farm T10 Asteroid. Turn Avoidence on. Hit Brake if you see a Titan and go after the titan. The Approach work with the speedometer save from 995 meter to 12 meters. If you lost the contact with the asteroid the ship allway stop. The Antidrift is new and i dont have seen a ship that use something like that. It is possible to steer during flight and antidrift reduce the speed in the previous direction. Additinal the Antidrift reduce the evade from the Avoidence to minimal to avoid crashes in the side. With antidrift and a little patience it is possible to land the ship on the moon it works fine. The wet speed test was made with 864 Stacks Targium round 24 million kg more than the dry speed test. I have set the Adjustable Avoid speed to 60%, i usually use 90%. The mininglaser script adjust it self to the Tier of the Asteriod after scanning and is adjustable. You only need to Aim in the middle and let it works. The Ship has now a a Belt Atmosphere Alloy Furnace incl. the Yolo and the necessary buttons to set it to off, min, max You can start crafting during farming. The flytime depends on the use of the furnace. It is the natural next step in AS development of specialized surface miners as the pinnacle of surface drill mining. It retains the ability to drill downwards autonomously, improves in ergonomics by streamlining movement between decks, capitalizes on the latest materials to reduce the bulk of its signature massive laser drill and utilizes the saved voxels for more crates. With modern advancements in surface drill ship design, the MkII is better adapted to its role with a tapering rear end housing a proper mining cockpit and a smaller 24-laser drill. 6 lasers have been moved to the side onto optionally manned mining turrets, used for widening the pit it drills itself into, or for precision mining of leftover ore in the pit walls by endo control. Downwards speed is slower than its predecessor, but it now excavates a wider pit and reduces time spent pickaxing. Its predecessor's horizontal/vertical flight mode switch has been removed in order to simplify flight control systems, as it was a feature often left unused in practice. No other miner is kitted out to perform exceptionally well at both belt and surface mining in a single package, making the Fafner MkII indispensable for long trips out to moons where you may be doing both kinds of mining. The inclusion of a pair of tractor beams allows the ship to wrestle an asteroid into optimal position in front of the drill for mining, with an option to hold on to the asteroid for when you're dealing with pesky falling rocks in Alstel's belt. The interior has also received a makeover and now features a meeting room with separate displays for each participant. As such the Fafner is now fully equipped to act as the flagship of your mining fleet and can even help recover stricken members of the fleet that have been disabled by asteroid impacts with its new rear-mounted tow beam.

Name: MMHDXL-053D Fafner 830 Type: Superheavy Miner Features: - 830 crates - 12-laser drill system - Dry speed: 143 m/s - Darkyshadow's profiled PID approach system - Heavy automation allows the ship to be flown with a single pilot - Dual-mode asteroid avoidance - choice of stopping and waiting for pilot input, or autonomous dodging - Full interior The Fafner won't beat a Ghidorah's crate count or endurance, but the strength of the ship lies in the advanced 12-laser drill that dominates its front. This drill is capable of efficiently demolishing an entire T10 asteroid in 1 minute with no additional user input beyond pointing the ship at the center of the asteroid and hitting the PresetAuto button, and has power settings available if you prefer to be thriftier with your power when mining smaller asteroids. A large ship like this is absolutely needed to capitalize on the increased size of asteroids since build 869. Spare fuel rods are carried internally, and it has enough of them for a full rod change and a little more. It has a full interior, with enough space to bring some friends with you on your way out into the belt. In recent times, this ship has been superseded by the Fafner MkII, but it remains in production as a lower cost belt-only miner carrying a 12-laser drill. There are plans to modernize it though.

800 crate armoured hauler, made for speed in high risk environments like Elysium. 40 rings of plasma, double redundancy for prop and power, with Oni plate shielding for the pilot and the power nacelles. Can be used solo, or can be armed with heavy amount of tripods and gunners due to the ships impressive power gen. //Specs// 150 m/s max speed dry, 148 m/s wet with exutium alloy while in gravity. 40 plasma rings total. All speeds recorded at 60 fps, using both transponder settings and speedo, ship breaks speed limit when using uncapped fps settings. 19529268 kg in weight. 800 crates directly on the centre of mass. 16 large prop tanks for 192 million prop, 3 hour 15 mins estimated flight time. 16 T3 fuel chambers + 48 T3 generators + 48 T2 enhancers, gens idle at 20% while charging plasma, 3 hour flight time. Basic script for current Fuel/Prop times. Requires a repair hall to operate, it is best used between dev stations and your own with hangers. //Design// Built for speed, and to last as long as humanly possible under fire while being pursued. Two 20 ring plasma thrusters haul 800 crates, 2 oni plated power nacelles with over double the power gen needed to fly and double the expected amount of prop spread across the hull in separate prop nacelles. This redundancy and armour buys you time to escape harmful situations should any jealous pirates try to "salvage" your hauler and cargo. However no cargo ship can survive attack forever, but any attacker must also deal with the high speed this hauler travels at, with no speed loss for all ore/alloy out of gravity, and only goes 2 m/s under max speed in gravity carrying exutium alloy. To add further security, the high weight capacity and power gen allows for a more liberal use of tripods should you have the players to act as gunners, meaning an attacker must also face return fire. Because of the max speed, the pursuing ships must also be max speed, limiting the ship in size making it killable by tripods, or expensive making the attacker invest more capital to attack you. But finally if all this fails, and the ship is brought to a standstill, all explosive components are placed away from the cargo, ensuring that possible recovery of the ship/cargo is possible. Unlike some who prefer to deny the pirate the chance at cargo, I prefer to leave it intact, so that I may attempt to recover it myself, and engage in further PvP. Due to the size of the ship, any attacker will have to commit time and resources to recover it or transfer the cargo away, giving you the chance to turn the tables. As a final added bonus, the ship can take off the moment the plasma has finished charging, having enough gens and battery's to launch the moment you need too, some fighters can not even gen fast enough to pursue if both are spawned at the same time. (very creative name i know) why pay more when you can pay less? if youre in need of a cheap large hauler to move ore from your safezone station to sell at the origin markets, this ship is for you!! An 800 crate no frills hauler, this cheap ship will get you and your ore to where it needs to be. it can handle a full simulated lukium load at 90m/s (but why would you ever be hauling lukium in this thing?) so using a random mix of sz ores it can hit closer to 110m/s. fuel rods can last about 1.5 hours before needing changed if run full tilt, (ship has 12 additional extra rod storage) propellant can last for about 4 hours. Gigantic Ships with 20 Ringlasers are pretty cool to look at but rather inefficient due to Iow cargo capacity. I like to torpedo into the Belt, hunt those juicy T10 Asteroids, fill my pockets and blast back. Thats why i designed the 720 PHM. It's purpose is to be fast, agile with big cargo and relatively low surface area and yet make you feel like you're in an actual Spaceship and not a Chair on top of a box. No fancy laser chenanigans, just fly up to a rock, blast it into pieces and move on! Key speccs: 1. 720 Crates 2. 6 Ring Plasma Thruster and 64 T2 Triangle Thrusters will give you: 145 m/s empty and 90 m/s with 720 crates full of charodium. (In theory another ring possible but havent testet balancing yet) 3. 16 T2 Box Thruster for Maneuvering 4. 8 T2 Triangle Thrusters for Breaking 5. 4 Mining laser 6. 2 ore collector 7. 1 MPS 8. Heat updated! A special feature of this ship is a very flexible and fine-tuned control - 12 customizable management sensitivity profiles. Improved avoid system - you can set your speed, automatically brakes, evades, and then continues on your way. The standard so-loved approach that will take you to the asteroid with love and care The "Radar" system that will show on the screen in which direction the asteroid was seen and will give an audible notification Compass system, with a speedometer. It will show you the current location of the ship as well as guide you to the location you set. The ship is able to power 12 lasers without additional waiting from absolute zero, but I still attached a Pulse to it, now it's fashionable... The deep core is a dual purpose moon and asteroid miner! Featuring a whopping 30 lasers and an extremely reinforced frontal area, this ship was made to mine moons! This ship came from an idea that a tunnel bore ship would be needed to dig down in order to reach the up and coming ore deposits on moons located deep underground. (It also doubles as an asteroid miner, but due to its lethargic straight-line speed, I wouldn't recommend it.) I am cautiously opening up blueprint sales for this ship due to the fact that moon mining is only on the PTU as of now, but I doubt it will substantially change before it makes its way onto the live servers.

This is the Pangasius, a heavy duty / long range / multipurpose miner It boasts 700 crates and is FAST : 150m/s empty and 139m/s when loaded with Lukium ( 27'000kg per crate ) The main goal of this ship is to be a multi-purpose ship with as little as possible compromises on the speed Thus, it is able to be used on the moon, safe zone, belts, where ever you feel like going It's main features are : - moon mining capacity ( the 2 bottom turrets and collectors can be rotated to dig the moon and the fins at the back of the ship minimise damage in case of impact ) - autopilot : set the waypoint, sit back and let the ship go by itself do it's destination autonomously ( uses a combination of Kompass / ISAN / Waypoint system / custom code ). (SHIP IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING TESTING WITH BUGFIXES AND HEAT MECHANIC) Hello everyone, First off, thank you to everyone in the community who has helped me with all the questions here and there. There is a lot to know and learn in this game and I would not have completed this ship without the communities help! This is the 4th iteration of the original ship that I started with. It has 774 Solar Panel's that I have seen peak over 17,000 which is around 13.6 free generator's and no added heat! I have been mining at the Moon with this ship and have been mining purely off solar, and never touch the fuel rods. Obviously this is circumstantial, but its been my experience playing and flying this ship for the past two weeks. I have been out mining with it in Zone5 before this iteration and it was able to do over 2200km without needing to refil propellant. With this current iteration, I have made several modifications to it. Updated Asteroid Approaching so you can point at an Asteroid and have the ship take you to it safely with visual indicators Upgraded all Generators and Fuel Chambers from T2 to T3. Added additional coverage on Enhancers for heat reduction and fuel rod efficiency. Added 4 additional Robotic mining arms that retract/extend from within the body of the ship. Added additional range finders to blind spots I found by smashing into asteroids. Updated the ISAN to v4 which supports 15 Waypoints "I know v5 is out, but I personally hardily use it." Refined the Status screen to show errors, warp class, and status on mining bay doors opened or closed. Added the 'Wiggle' system, which makes the mining arms wiggle :) "You can turn this off to force the lasers to converge for manual use" Added safety features to ensure mining arms do not activate from within the belly of the ship when its retracted. Refined the efficiency of the ship further. Added laser velocity control "how fast it moves side to side" So what is this ship and why is it called the Drake? For those that have played Star Citizen, you will know Drake. Drake makes solid ships that well, don't look the best! It may not look like an Origin ship, but man is it functional. With previous versions of this ship I have smacked head on into asteroids with the Plasma's engaged going around 130m/s at the time "speed depends on what you are hauling" and the worst that happened was I lost a solar panel. This ship has been very good to me, and it is capable of getting out there several thousands of Kilometers.
