Made with the priority of Tractor beams, Type7 is a robust, but efficient mining machine. It's speciality within the Tractor beams, which can make you multiple asteroids at once by pulling the tarkets into the front of the ship. The 12 Laser's devastating YOLOL pattern do the rest of the work for you, and with only slight movements you can double, or even triple your standard minig efficiency. Equipped with a fast travel core, and with 13 hours of flight time, you are able to go with this beast anywhere. Introducing the DragonHoarder1136-1106 Designed from the ground up to be extremely durable, repairable, and to get your cargo to far away destinations safely. This ship is designed for big companies moving huge amounts, or wealthy solo players looking for the best on the market. The entry price is high, but the payoff is only a couple runs away! Build your hoard like a pro! Over 40 hours of Min-Maxing the editor's build limits has delivered this creation to reality. It features an enclosed engineering section to ensure your explody bits stay unexploded, and ablative beam structures on the front to keep your critical systems in working order for any chance impacts. Ducting is bolted double the normal amount to reduce time spend repairing. Crates are arranged in a protective buffer all around your core thruster and system. The Asteroid Avoidance YOLOL has been revamped to increase the effectiveness. The cross section was carefully maintained to ensure the ship can avoid threats before they even get into one of the 240+ rangefinders paths. The asteroid avoidance system is a "Pause and strafe" style system, it checks in 3 sections (top mid, bottom) and then strafes away from the detected threat. For Top and Bottom, it cuts forward power while it maneuvers, and resumes old thrust level once clear. For the middle section, it pitches the ship down slightly, and does not cut power to main engines (however this pitch may trigger the Top section power cut and strafe). after a short pause to allow the vector to change away from the middle detected threat, the ship resumes the old heading. Known shortcomings of the system as it stands are that it may strafe at low speed (<25 m-s) into a threat on the top or bottom in unlucky circumstance, but this is an edge case scenario, and the ship is robust enough to just bounce off these with little care. Introducing Space Dudes Supreme's Scooper Dooper: A mid-tier asteroid/salvage hauler sporting 3 large frames with a novel and ultra-convenient automated, smart cargo-management system utilizing tractor beams (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ack9VcEp6as)! Whether you are out on the belt looking for t9/t10 asteroids, or are content with t7 asteroids, the Scooper Dooper has you covered. With the aid of automated tractor beams, making room for up to 12 t7 asteroids per frame is possible and easy. A single trip can net you over 1 million credits, paying for the blueprint in 1 run! Speed has been measured at roughly ~105m/s with a haul of 17 t7 asteroids. The cockpit console sports your standard turtle and cruise modes, a lock button for each individual cargo frame, a button to toggle the tractor beam powered cargo management system, quad core ISAN, and gauges for fuel, propellant, battery, and generator output. A custom, automated safety thruster power-down mechanism is included in case you are in danger of losing power due to overexertion of the batteries; never lose your cargo to a power management mishap again! This situation can arise if you attempt to throttle full speed with locked cargo frames and very low generator output. The safety mechanism will automatically throttle down the thrusters, set turtle to 0, and enable the flashing red safety button on your console to alert you. Simply press the safety button and toggle turtle off and you can throttle up again. All Yolol chips are easily accessible for those who like to tinker, and the ship includes customized generator management and ISAN chips, along with the novel cargo management chips. With the RoidCatcher you can catch asteroids with a Grid and when its full you can store the asteroids with one of the 5 cargoframes. The PilotSeat are on a RoboArm for moving the seat to 3 different positions that you can see in the screenshots. It has a approach and a scanner script for asteroid searching. DSR 4(Deep Space Runner), has my own coded asteroid avoidance system with complete rangefinder coverage. If LOD issues gets fixed for those phasing asteroid this ship will never hit an asteroid even at max speed, however, the phasing issue being what it is, it is recommended to fly at around 110-120m/s max to avoid running into those undetectable rocks in the belt. This ship has been tested in every belt zone on Eos and Elysium. - Easy to repair as all cables and pipes are accessible - ISAN Waypoin V3 YOLOL by Archaegeo - Material Scanner - Autogen - Crafting bench also included. - Total ship thrust is 22000000, ship weight is 2982805 kg - Speed factor is 7.37 - 6.5 speed factor is max speed 150m/s - Fully Laden with Lukium the ship will go around 125m/s I ran over 90 Lukium, 79 in ore cargo containers and rest tacked onto the ship in the frame spaces with this through Elysium gate, and another over 100 stacks of Ymirium on another run. My Sagitta Magnum MN and all my stations were built off the back of this ship. This ship has been refined to the best of my abilities, I have probably over 300 flight hours in this ship alone, and I am approaching 460hrs of Starbase play time as of posting this. This ship has made pretty much all my builds possible and paid for itself many many times over already. If you are looking for a ship to take you to a belt zone, this is it. - It has 2 large Propellant tanks, I also have on 2 small propellant tanks hooked up to refuel resource bridges to refuel quickly on the go, no large propellant tank research required to refuel for this ship. Resource Bridge does not transfer power in SSC test mode (Ship designer or creator), but if your HH Mining laser works on batteries in SSC it will work in game too charged over Resource Bridge, when you print it. IMPORTANT: Resource Bridge on your ship must have ONLY cable connected. If you add PIPE it will not work (Source: Game Devs.) You can attach this tool to your ship directly welding it to the beams, or use Cargo Lock Frame - after you decommission it as a ship! Now, details: - 1x Mining laser with its auxiliaries - 4x Portable Battery (works best with 4 but not as compact as with 3) - 1x Resource Bridge (FlowIn=1 FlowOUT=0) - 1x Light with button - in front, to see better You can build this device without beams, just patching it together, but I used one small frame rectangle to attach all the parts in case I bump the device on a rock to prevent it falling apart. Heavy Henky T2
Heavy Henky is the hauler for moving large amounts of ore on your own, or as a crew. By default, its configured for solo pilots, flying short distances. With minimal machinery its easy to fly and manage this hauler by yourself. The ship is very easy to upgrade outside of the builder. Custom company colours and lettering is available and free of charge. Heavy Henky T3 has just been released, stripped down and rebuild with the biggest thrusters it will fit, a huge set of 8 ringed plasma monsters, capable of propelling itself over 140 m/s. The Pebbler is an **experimental** asteroid hauling ship. It is designed to be used in the safe zone and haul small asteroids. It uses two tractor beams to position asteroids into compartments of cargo lock beams. Although it is not very lucrative, the Pebbler is no frills and will pay itself back in about four or five quick trips to the belt. So if you wanted to take break from mining, this can be a cheap way to have slightly different gameplay. a light miner/speeder designed to get you from point A to B as quick as physically possible. this ship was built for runs through warp gates, armour was not in mind for this ship, to maximise speed armour was only used for design purposes. warp core can be removed for a huge improvement in speed while fully loaded and a cheaper assembly cost. removed warp core could also be replaced with more crates if necessary. this ship includes an ore scanner, an ore collector, a mining laser and an auto approach system to get you to the mining laser distance without touching your keyboard. a generator efficiency script is used so the generators only turn on when the batteries need charged. while at minimum load the ship goes from 0 to max speed in around 10 seconds, actual 0 to max speed is probably around 7 seconds given the ISAN update speed isn't perfect. ship includes the latest version of isan (isan 2) no collision avoidance on the mk1 variant. 4 generators each with 3 t2 gens to 1 t2 fuel chamber. 8 spare fuel rods near the back of the ship. if you are in station markka I can sell you the full ship for 600k + ores. full ship is not for sale if you are at any other station
